Terms of Service
This is a term of service agreement for ANATFi, a digital group savings (ROSCA) app that allows you to create and join savings clubs with people from across the country. By using ANATFi, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid bank account or bank card to use ANATFi.
- You are responsible for making regular contributions to your savings club as agreed upon by the members. If you fail to make a contribution, you may lose your eligibility to receive a payout or be subject to penalties as decided by the members.
- You are also responsible for withdrawing your payout when it is your turn, as determined by the order of joining, financial need, social standing, monetary bids, or random assignment. If you do not withdraw your payout within a specified time frame, you may forfeit it or be subject to penalties as decided by the members.
- You acknowledge that ANATFi is not a bank or a financial institution and does not provide any interest, insurance, or guarantee on your contributions or payouts. ANATFi is only a platform that facilitates the creation and management of savings clubs among its users.
- You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members of your savings club and not to disclose any personal or financial information without their consent. You also agree not to use ANATFi for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- You understand that ANATFi is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute that may arise from your participation in a savings club or your use of the app. You agree to resolve any issues or conflicts with other members directly and amicably.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of ANATFi and your participation in a savings club. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANATFi and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages that may result from your breach of these terms or your use of the app.
- ANATFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to the app or any savings club at any time without notice or liability. ANATFi also reserves the right to change these terms at any time by posting the updated version on the app. Your continued use of ANATFi after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
